Group Trip & Wedding Cabin Rentals in Island Park
Bachelor and bachelorette weekends, milestone birthdays, friends-since-college reunions, micro-weddings. Plain-English ground rules. Six cabins built for a real headcount.
Celebrations that work here.
- Milestone birthdays — 40th, 50th, 60th, 70th. Single-cabin or multi-cabin depending on guest list.
- Bachelor / bachelorette weekends — 10-20 people typically. We give you a quick framework so it's a great time without anything getting damaged.
- Friends reunions — college roommates, brigade reunions, anniversary trips. Most are 8-20 people.
- Small or "micro" weddings — ceremonies under 40 guests with the cabin as the venue. We're not a wedding venue per se; we accommodate the ceremony + party-night use within our occupancy and noise terms.
- Honeymoons — Beautiful Views or Trails End for two people who want a quiet week with the lake out the door.
Three settings, three vibes.
Said plainly, so there are no surprises.
- Occupancy is firm. The headcount in your booking is the headcount allowed. If you want to add people, tell us before — there's a per-person fee but no drama.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Cabins are on private land or in gated communities. Loud outside (deck, hot tub, fire pit) becomes an issue. Inside parties — totally fine.
- Wedding ceremonies on property: allowed for groups up to 40 with prior notice. Larger ceremonies need to be off-property (Mesa Falls amphitheater, Henrys Fork view points). We can suggest local officiants and photographers.
- Damage hold scales with party-night risk. Bachelor / bachelorette weekends typically get a $1,500-$2,500 hold (instead of standard $500-$1,000). Released same way: 72 hours after check-out if no incidents.
- Vendor coordination: florists, caterers, bartenders — all welcome on property. We just need vendor names + COIs 14 days out.
Frequently asked.
-
Can we host a wedding ceremony on the property?
Yes, for groups up to 40 guests with prior notice. We coordinate vendor arrival and parking. Larger ceremonies need to be at an off-property venue (Mesa Falls amphitheater, certain Henrys Fork view points). We can suggest officiants, photographers, and small-event caterers.
-
Damage holds for bachelor / bachelorette weekends?
We adjust upward to $1,500-$2,500 for party-night risk profiles. Released within 72 hours of check-out assuming the cabin is in the same condition you arrived to. We don't charge for normal wear — broken wine glasses, scratched bowls, etc.
-
Late-night noise tolerance?
Inside the cabin: no issue, ever. Outside (deck, hot tub, fire pit): 10 PM cutoff is firm because we operate in neighborhoods or gated communities. Teton View on the ridge is the most late-night-friendly because there are no immediate neighbors.
-
Can we hire a chef for the night?
Yes. We work with two local chefs who do private dinners in the cabin (groceries, prep, plating, cleanup). $40-$80 per person for service level. Reach out 30 days out and we send menu options.
-
Pets at celebration stays?
Per property. Most allow well-behaved dogs (small pet fee). If you're hosting a wedding ceremony, we usually request pets stay in a designated bedroom during the ceremony.
