• Are private chefs available?

  Yes. We keep a short list of local private chefs we've worked with for years. Most common setup: 2 to 3 chef-served dinners across a 5-night stay, with the family DIY-ing the rest. Rates vary by chef and party size; ask when you book and we'll send a quote.

• Do you offer a concierge for planning the whole trip?

  Yes for our largest bookings. Any stay above 30 guests at Teton View, or any multi-cabin coordination, gets a dedicated planner who lines up chef bookings, guide reservations, in-cabin massage, ATV rentals, and grocery delivery.

• What kind of beds are in the cabins?

  King master beds are standard in every property. All properties use hotel-tier linens and duvets. Second-tier bedrooms are a mix of queens, doubles, and bunk configurations for kids' rooms. Full bed lists are on each property page.

• Is grocery delivery available?

  Yes. Grocery Delivery Rexburg and Instacart both serve Island Park (delivery windows are wider than you'd think for a rural area). Alternatively, we can arrange a pre-arrival stock — send us the list, we shop it, it's in the cabin when you arrive.

• Is there ADA-accessible lodging?

  Beautiful Views and Cutthroat Landing have main-floor primary suites with roll-in showers. Teton View East and West each have one main-floor bedroom (no roll-in). Every property has at least one ground-floor bedroom. Call for specifics if mobility is a constraint.

• Cancellation and travel insurance?

  Deposit refundable 60+ days before check-in. Within 60 days: deposit forfeited, balance refunded on rebook. For premium trips (Teton View, multi-cabin, or 6+ nights), travel insurance is worth it — we can recommend policies that cover group cancellations.
